Moderation rules

The 20 Adsun rules every platform and ad must follow, and what a declined clause means.

Every platform (Mini App, bot or channel) and every ad goes through moderation before it can earn or spend on Adsun, and can be reviewed again at any time. If something breaks one of the rules below, it is declined and the panel shows which clause was applied — for example “Declined · by clause 8 of the list”.

Declined? Here is what to do

Read the highlighted clause, fix the problem, and edit your campaign to send it for review again. For platforms, contact support once the issue is fixed. Repeated or serious violations (fraud, scams, illegal content) lead to a permanent block.

  1. 1

    Broken or unreachable link

    Platforms & ads

Everything we review must open and work at the moment of review.

The Mini App, bot or channel link and every ad destination must load without errors, logins walls or geo-blocks that hide the content from our reviewers. A link that redirects to an unrelated page counts as broken.

    • The bot does not answer /start
    • The Mini App shows a blank screen or a server error
    • The ad landing page returns 404 or expires
  2. 2

    Incorrect platform or campaign details

    Platforms & ads

The details you entered must match the real product.

The Web App URL, bot ID, channel link, platform name, campaign name and advertiser details must be accurate. We cannot verify ad requests or protect your revenue if the data does not match the app that actually sends them.

    • The Web App URL belongs to another app
    • The bot ID does not match the bot link
    • The platform type is wrong (a bot added as a Mini App)
  3. 3

    Forced ad clicks

    Platforms

Users may be asked to watch an ad, never forced to click it.

Apps must not require, reward or pressure users to click ads, and must not restrict features when a user only watches. Clicks have to come from genuine interest — advertisers pay for real users.

    • "Click the ad to claim your coins"
    • A feature stays locked until the ad is clicked
    • Buttons placed so that users click the ad by accident
  4. 4

    Ads on every action

    Platforms

Ads must be an optional extra, not a toll on basic actions.

The core features of your app must work without watching ads. Showing an ad after every tap, before every screen or to perform ordinary actions ruins the user experience and the value of the traffic.

    • Each tap in a game opens an ad
    • Users must watch an ad to open the main menu
    • An ad interrupts every message the bot sends
  5. 5

    Ads without clear user consent

    Platforms

Users must know they are about to see an ad and what they get for it.

Rewarded placements need a clear label such as "Watch an ad to get 50 coins". Ads must not appear unexpectedly, be disguised as content, or be shown to users who explicitly opted out.

    • A reward button that silently opens an ad
    • Ads styled as app content or system messages
    • No mention anywhere that the app shows ads
  6. 6

    Artificial traffic and inflated statistics

    Platforms & ads

Only real people, using the app on their own initiative, may see ads.

Bots, emulators, click farms, scripts, auto-refresh, hidden or stacked ad views, buying incentivised installs to inflate ad views, or any other way of inflating impressions, clicks or conversions is fraud. Adsun's fraud system flags such traffic and we may withhold the related earnings.

    • Thousands of requests from a handful of devices
    • Clicks arriving milliseconds after the ad is shown
    • Services that sell views or "boost" statistics
  7. 7

    Unverifiable reward payouts

    Platforms

If you promise users payouts, you must publicly prove that you pay them.

Apps that reward users with money, crypto or tokens need reliable, regularly updated proof of payouts — for example a public channel, a pinned message or a leaderboard with verifiable transactions. A single, repeated or questionable transaction is not enough.

    • No proof of payouts at all
    • The same screenshot reused as proof
    • Transactions that cannot be verified on-chain
  8. 8

    Unrealistic rewards

    Platforms

Rewards for watching ads must be realistic and sustainable.

Promising rewards far above what ad revenue can pay (for example dollars per view) misleads users and attracts low-quality, reward-hunting traffic that advertisers do not want.

    • "Earn $10 for every ad you watch"
    • Daily rewards that exceed the possible ad income
    • Withdrawal thresholds that can never be reached
  9. 9

    Unclear reward terms

    Platforms

Users must understand what they earn, how and when.

State clearly what the reward is, what it is worth, and how and when it can be used or withdrawn. Hidden conditions or terms that change after the user has watched the ad are not allowed.

    • Points with no explained value
    • Withdrawal rules that are not published
    • Rewards silently reduced after viewing
  10. 10

    Financial pyramids and get-rich-quick schemes

    Platforms & ads

No schemes that pay old users with new users' money.

Ponzi or pyramid structures, HYIP projects, guaranteed-profit investments, "double your crypto" offers and similar schemes are not accepted as platforms or advertisers.

    • Guaranteed daily return of 5%
    • Income only from recruiting new members
    • "Send 1 TON, receive 2 TON"
  11. 11

    Scams, phishing and malware

    Platforms & ads

Nothing that steals money, data or accounts.

Fake airdrops, wallet drainers, phishing pages, seed-phrase requests, malicious downloads and any attempt to obtain users' credentials or funds by deception lead to an immediate and permanent block.

    • A page asking for a wallet seed phrase
    • A fake Telegram login page
    • Downloads that install malware
  12. 12

    Impersonation and misleading identity

    Platforms & ads

Be who you say you are.

Do not pretend to be Telegram, Adsun, another brand, a public person or an official body, and do not use their names, logos or design to mislead users.

    • A bot named "Telegram Support"
    • Copied branding of a well-known exchange
    • Fake celebrity endorsements
  13. 13

    Illegal goods and services

    Platforms & ads

Nothing that is illegal to sell or promote.

Drugs, weapons, explosives, counterfeit goods or documents, stolen data, hacking services, money laundering and any other illegal goods or services are prohibited everywhere on Adsun.

    • Sale of prescription drugs without a licence
    • Fake IDs or diplomas
    • Selling leaked databases
  14. 14

    Adult and sexually explicit content

    Platforms & ads

No pornographic or sexually explicit material.

Explicit content, sexual services and suggestive creatives are not accepted. Content involving minors in any sexual context is reported to the authorities.

    • Nudity in creatives
    • Escort or dating services with sexual content
    • Suggestive thumbnails used as clickbait
  15. 15

    Unlicensed gambling and betting

    Platforms & ads

Gambling only with a valid licence and only where it is legal.

Casinos, betting, lotteries and similar products need a valid licence for every targeted country, must not target minors or countries where they are prohibited, and are always subject to manual review. Approval is never guaranteed.

    • No licence shown on the site
    • Targeting countries where online gambling is banned
    • Promising guaranteed wins
  16. 16

    Hate, violence and harmful content

    Platforms & ads

No content that harms or targets people.

Hate speech, harassment, terrorism, extremism, glorification of violence, self-harm promotion and content that discriminates based on race, religion, gender, sexuality, disability or origin are not allowed.

    • Content attacking a religious or ethnic group
    • Promotion of extremist organisations
    • Graphic violence in creatives
  17. 17

    Copyright and trademark infringement

    Platforms & ads

Use only content you own or have permission to use.

Pirated films, music, software or games, unlicensed streaming and the unauthorised use of trademarks or copyrighted images are not accepted.

    • Free streaming of paid films
    • Cracked software downloads
    • Creatives using another brand's photos
  18. 18

    Misleading creatives and deceptive advertising

    Ads

The ad must honestly reflect what users get.

Fake buttons, fake system alerts or notifications, false countdowns, invented discounts, and creatives that do not match the landing page are not allowed. Claims (health, finance, results) must be truthful and verifiable.

    • "Your phone is infected" warning
    • A fake "Play" button that opens a store
    • Miracle cures or guaranteed income claims
  19. 19

Telegram terms and local law violations

    Platforms & ads

Follow Telegram's rules and the laws of every region you reach.

Platforms and ads must comply with Telegram's Terms of Service, data-protection rules (no collecting personal data without consent) and the regulations of the regions where they operate or target users. Adsun may decline or remove any platform or ad that conflicts with its policies at its sole discretion; such decisions are final.

    • Collecting phone numbers without consent
    • Mass unsolicited messages (spam)
    • Products banned in the targeted country

    Channel requirements not met

    Platforms

Telegram channels join the Adsun channel network only when they are established, active and real.

A channel is declined or removed when it is younger than 3 months (by creation date or first post), has fewer than 1,500 subscribers, has not posted for more than 2 weeks, has mostly edited posts, is private or its link stops working during review, or when its views and activity do not match its subscriber count (bought or inflated audience). Channels built mainly around deceptive or aggressive advertising, drugs, alcohol or tobacco, spam tools, malware or hacking, products of questionable legality, or selling views, ratings or other artificial activity are not accepted. The Adsun channel bot must stay an administrator with the rights to post and delete messages.

    • The channel was created last month
    • 1,200 subscribers
    • The last post is three weeks old
    • 60,000 subscribers but 150 views per post
    • A channel that sells fake views

Adsun may decline or remove any platform or ad that conflicts with these rules, its policies or applicable law. Moderation decisions are final.
