1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Adsun Electronic Advertising and Brand Distribution Company LLC ("Adsun", "we", "us"), located at Giorgi Beridze Rustaveli Avenue 15, Apt. 7, Mtatsminda, 0108 Tbilisi, Georgia, processes personal data when you visit adsun.io or use our advertiser and publisher services, SDK, APIs and bot integrations.

Adsun acts as the data controller for account and website data. We process personal data in line with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data we collect

Information you provide

Account details: name or username, email address, password (stored hashed), company details.
Payment information: deposit amounts, transaction IDs and wallet addresses. We do not store full card details.
Campaign and platform data: creatives, URLs, targeting settings, Mini App, bot or channel details.
Communications you send to us, for example via contact@adsun.io or Telegram support.

Information collected automatically

Device and log data: IP address, browser, operating system, language, timestamps and pages visited.
Ad interaction data: impressions, clicks, rewards, completion events and pseudonymous Telegram user identifiers passed by publisher integrations.
Cookies and local storage used for login sessions, security and preferences.

3. How we use data

To create and manage accounts and provide the Services.
To deliver, measure, cap and report on ads, and to calculate publisher earnings.
To detect and prevent fraud, invalid traffic, abuse and security incidents.
To process deposits and payouts and keep financial records.
To respond to support requests and send service-related notices.
To improve and develop our products, and to comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal bases

We process personal data on the basis of: performance of a contract with you; our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement); compliance with legal obligations; and your consent where required, which you may withdraw at any time.

Our providers may process data outside Georgia. Where this happens, we apply appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections to ensure an adequate level of protection.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above: account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, financial records as required by law, and log and ad interaction data for limited periods for reporting and fraud prevention.

We use technical and organisational measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls and monitoring. No system is fully secure, so please keep your credentials safe.

The Services are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
